Associate, Project Co-ordinator

Tim is an associate in the firm and brings twenty-nine years experience in the building design and construction industry in both the engineering and architectural disciplines. As project coordinator he provides his technical expertise in the coordination of construction documents and contract administration.

Along with his technical expertise Tim has recognized the importance of our architectural built history and the impact it has on the understanding of ourselves and society. To this end he has developed keen interest in heritage conservation and preservation. Tim applies this interest in the investigation and documenting of existing building conditions and preparation of heritage assessment reports. He continues to expand his working knowledge of construction and architectural heritage preservation methodology and professional practice.

Community involvement is important to Tim. He has been actively involved in several areas of the community including Parent Representative on School Council & Home and School Association, LD Edge Accessibility Guidelines Committee, Community Learning Disabilities Transition Guidelines, and Thames Valley District School Board, Empress / Jeanne Sauve / Oxford Park Elementary School Accommodation Study.

Tim is actively involved in personal development through family activities, reading and watercolour painting.
