[Establishing the Strategic Ministry Plan]

We have and are continuing to develop a visioning process that will assist your church in understanding not only where it is in the present but how to support growth in the future. Through fellowship with your Church Community, we will examine the Church's characteristics and values to understand your Church's Lifestyle and establish the Strategic Ministry Plan.

With a background in theology and an ongoing self interest to examine the role of faith in our contemporary culture, Stephen Mawdsley continues to coach Church Communities on how their facility is enhancing or deterring their Ministry goals and helps to identify how even the smallest facility changes can make significant differences in your Church's lifestyle.

Stephen is working with several Churches throughout Ontario, and has recently been invited to provide Visioning Coach sessions for a Church in California.
