The architectural design will be continually cost tested for various components by our Cost Consultants. We will aid you in determining what the priorities are and if required, help your leadership identify ways of segregating the project into achievable financial phases / packages.

Afterall, there is no sense in designing something that your Church Community cannot afford.

We will work with you to determine a realistic Project Schedule for the renovations to or construction of your facility.

Once you are ready to commence construction we will continue our involvement as Project Managers working with the Construction Manager or General Contractor to ensure that your completed facility meets your requirements.
